Kuta Reef is a famous surf point located in the middle of sea and precisely in front of Kuta Beach. Kuta Beach is the most famous beach in Bali Island as the popular tourist destination for both tourists from International and domestic. Kuta Reef is a surfing point featured by the big and powerful wave that is suitable for surf adventures and provides two surf spots where the surfer can choose one of them. At those surf spots, the surfer have also the opportunity to choose the both direction of surf from right to the left way (right-hander) or from left to the right way (left-hander). Kuta Reef is situated is far in the sea that force every surfer to use the local traditional boat to reach this surf spots. Kuta Reef is located in front of Kuta Beach , a famous beach in the island of god with long white sandy beach stretch 5 kilometers until Seminyak Beach. Kuta Reef is situated in the middle of Indian Ocean that forces every surfer who wishes to surf at this surf point to use the local boat to reach this place. The access to reach Kuta Reef is located in the center of Bali’s tourism that is every easy to find from any direction and situated close to the other surf points such as Kuta Beach, Legian Beach, Seminyak Beach and Bali’s Airport Reef.

Best Month for Surfing

The best season for surfing at Kuta Reef is on dry season. It is because on dry season the wind flows from the southeast to the west and create the big and powerful wave that is suitable for Surfing adventure. The surfer will be challenged to explore the wave and enjoy the great surfing adventure.
